Sustainability is our ‘why’. Replacing our consumption of bovine (cow) products with caprine (goat) products is better for us and for our environment.

Ethical animal husbandry

We want to cultivate a personal relationship to our food. Ethical animal husbandry means loving our animals and taking time to understand their needs and to care for them in sustainable ways.
